Our team is hospitality-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.

We have come to this business from a customer/end-user standpoint with a vision to do things better. Higher standards for our employees with comprehensive training and a respect for the professional trade of housekeeping and a warm welcome of our staff in your home, in tune to what a customer may expect visiting a Bed & Breakfast or boutique hotel. In fact, we scoured the best in the business to create our "Summer House Standard" training program with one-on-one interviews with the Head of Housekeeping at some of our favorite hotels and private clubs to better understand what is needed to get the job done well, on-time and with a professional disposition.

Treating our employees well means we provide opportunities for them to learn, grow personally and professionally, and have the flexibility of their schedules to be able to wear the many hats we also wear. For a working Mom, this may mean scheduling housekeeping visits during school hours so that our employee can pick up their kids from school and spend that quality time together.

Ultimately, we are here for our customers as much as we are for our team. We believe that is the right way to do business.
